- Months 4–6: 50%. For three months, you pay half the plan price.
- From month 7: 100%. You then pay the regular plan price for ongoing use.

What happens if our user count changes?
Keyline is sold in plans, so you can budget with confidence. If you temporarily have more or fewer users, Keyline keeps working. We only discuss an upgrade when you need more users over the longer term.
Is there a minimum term?
The minimum term is 12 months. After that, you can cancel Keyline monthly. No tricks – we will not stand in your way.
What is included in the onboarding package?
Discovery, gathering the required information, modelling your digital twin and training per role. The process is described on the switch page.
Do we buy a licence?
No. You pay a monthly subscription, there is no licence to buy.
